Privacy notice

Effective 11 September 2026. Issued under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

The short version. The waiting list keeps what you type into it and nothing else. The demo keeps nothing at all; it runs entirely in your browser. Neither one holds a chart, a diagnosis, or any other health information. Email sundo@post205.com and we remove your entry.

1. Who is responsible

Sundo is a product of POST205, a Philippine business owned by Toffer Lorenzana, who acts as the personal information controller for this site. Questions, corrections and removal requests go to sundo@post205.com. Toffer Lorenzana is the designated contact for data protection matters.

2. What we collect, and why

The waiting list at s.undo.ph. When you put your name down, we keep only what you enter:

Whether you are the doctor or signing up for oneTo know who we are talking to.
Your nameTo address you.
Where you practiseTo understand which clinics and cities the problem reaches. Optional.
Which HMOs you accept, and roughly how long they take to payTo build the product around the payers doctors actually deal with.
What costs you the most timeTo decide what to build first. Optional.
A mobile number or emailTo message you about Sundo, and for nothing else.

We also record the time of your entry and the browser identifier your device sends with every web request, which helps us tell people from automated submissions.

The demo at s.undo.ph/demo. The demo runs in your browser. The claims you add, and any photograph you take, stay on your device in its local storage and are never sent to us. Text is read from a photograph on your device, by your browser, and the photograph is discarded once the four fields are filled. Clearing your browser data removes everything the demo kept.

What we never collect. No patient chart, diagnosis, prescription, laboratory result or any other health information, on the waiting list or in the demo. Sundo is designed so that the only fields it ever holds about a claim are a name, a number, a service label and an amount.

3. Legal basis

We process waiting-list information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the conversation on the page. You may withdraw it at any time by asking us to remove your entry.

4. Where it is kept, and who can see it

Waiting-list entries are stored on Netlify, the hosting provider for this site, and are readable only by POST205. When you sign up we send two emails through Resend, our email provider: a note to us with your entry, and a confirmation to you if you gave an email address. Netlify and Resend process this information only to provide those services and under their own data-protection terms. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use advertising trackers or analytics on this site.

5. How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until twelve months after the waiting list closes, whichever comes first. When Sundo launches, we will ask before moving anyone from the waiting list to a product account.

6. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask us, at any time, to:

Write to sundo@post205.com. We answer within fifteen working days, usually far sooner. If you believe we have handled your information wrongly, you may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

7. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Entries are written to storage that only POST205 can read, behind a secret that is never exposed to the browser. Exports of the list are available only with a separate secret. We keep the list small on purpose: the less we hold, the less there is to protect.

8. Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where you have given us a way to reach you, tell you directly.
